Pay Details & Schedule

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,100–$1,200
• Mileage Pay: Starts at $0.49 CPM and increases with tenure, up to $0.60 CPM after 36 months
• Additional Load Pay:
  • $25 for loads under 50 miles
  • $20 for loads under 110 miles
• Stop Pay: $10 for the first stop and $15 for each additional stop
• Performance Safety Bonus: Available to eligible drivers who meet the program requirements
• Home Time: Daily
• Shift: Overnight only
• Workweek: Typically 6 days, followed by a 34-hour reset
• Weekend and holiday work required

Job Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Experienced first-seat drivers and trainees welcome
• Clean driving record
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• No SAP drivers
• Must be able to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to meet the account’s safety and performance standards to qualify for the performance bonus
