PAY BREAKDOWN

- Trainee pay: $650

- Mileage by experience: $0.49/mile (0 mo), $0.51 (3 mo), $0.52 (9 mo), $0.54 (12 mo), $0.55 (18 mo), $0.57 (24 mo), $0.60 (36 mo)

- Short loads (under 50 miles): $25 per load

- Stop pay: $10 for the first stop, $15 for each stop after

- Swift Driver Performance Bonus, based on performance safety criteria

Dedicated grocery, local, home daily. Night shift only. Dry and refrigerated groceries, no-touch freight. Some backhauls and wait times at stores.

Weekends and every holiday required. 6-day workweek, with the 34-hour reset as your one day off each week.

HIRING AREA: Live within 50 miles of ZIP 64701 (Kansas City metro).

REQUIREMENTS

- 21+ with valid Class A CDL, no restrictions

- No experience required. Trainees welcome.

- No DUI in the last 10 years

- Pass hair and urine drug testing
