The Pay & Perks

• Strong Annual Take-Home: You're looking at $89,000 to $95,000 a year, plus a solid $10,000 sign-on bonus to get you started.
• Transparent Activity Pay: No guessing games—you get $0.69 per mile, $25 per live stop, a $70 daily rate, and paid training.

The Routes & Freight

• Local & Regional: You're running within a 250-mile radius of Montgomery across DE, MD, NJ, NY, and PA—and the best part is minimal driving in NYC.
• Zero Hassle Freight: 100% no-touch freight, hauling preloaded 48-foot and 53-foot box trailers doing DC-to-DC warehouse work and store replenishments.

Schedule & Home Time

• Daily Home Time: You get back to your own bed after your shift.
• Consistent Shifts: Pick from four steady schedules, with the option to pick up 1–2 sixth days a month if you want to stack extra cash:
  • Tuesday – Saturday (Starts around 1:00 PM)
  • Thursday – Monday (Starts around 3:00 PM)
  • Sunday – Thursday (Starts around 6:00 PM or 8:00 PM)

Gear & What You Need

• Clean Equipment: Automatic day cabs. The trucks stay at the terminal when you're off (just note: no pets or passengers allowed on this account).
• Requirements: You'll need at least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience, a valid DOT physical, and you must pass a pre-employment DOT drug screening (both urine and hair follicle tests).
