Local CDL-A Truck Driver - Home Daily - HIGH PAY

Compensation Package

• Mileage Pay: $1.15/mile (includes $0.30/mile accessorial pay)
• Stop Pay: $20/stop (excluding initial pickup and final delivery at DC)
• Per-Load Bonus: $50 per load
• Paid Orientation: $500
• Consistent Volume: 6–7 loads per week (avg. 5.5 stops per load)

Home Time & Hours

• Home Daily: Shift averages 8 hours (ranges from 6 to 12 hours)
• Dispatch Times: Evening and night dispatches between 7:00 PM and 4:00 AM (most depart 10 PM – 4 AM)
• Schedule: 5-day work week (1 fixed weekend day off + 1 floating weekday off during non-peak)

Freight & Delivery Details

• Equipment: Dedicated Refrigerated (Reefer)
• Unloading: Touch freight utilizing electric pallet jacks with some manual hand unloading
• Lanes: Local/Regional routes within 200 miles of Livonia (Eastern MI & Northern OH; optional KY & IN routes available)

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year (12 months) of verifiable CDL-A experience
• Must reside within 50 miles of Livonia, MI
