PAY BREAKDOWN

- Mileage: $0.44-$0.54 per mile, based on years of service (Rand McNally miles)

- Drop and hook: $35

- Live load or unload: $50

- Hazmat load: $25

- Refrigerated load: $30

- Driver assist: $25

- Empty move: $10

- Refused delivery: $33/stop

- Rework: $31/stop

- Detention: $20/hour after 1 hour (drop/hook) or 1.5 hours (live load/unload)

- Yard checks, mechanical breakdown, waiting on power unit, safety training: $20-$25/hour

- Container or chassis stacker: $30/hour

- Cross-town moves: $10-$30 per move

- Training: $200/day for 6 days

Local intermodal in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Weekend wrap, Friday through Tuesday. Off Wednesday and Thursday. Start between 5:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Shifts are about 10-12 hours, roughly 4 loads a day. Majority no-touch freight, with a mix of drop and hook and live load/unload. Home daily. Automatic day cabs. Slip seat, no take-home. No pets or riders.

Your start time and schedule are set at orientation based on what's available. You must be open to all available shifts.

REQUIREMENTS

- 21+ with valid Class A CDL

- 3 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience

- Comfortable with evening and overnight starts

- Able to slip seat

- Hazmat endorsement within 60 days of orientation (no reimbursement)

- No DUI in the last 5 years

- Pass hair and urine drug testing
