CDL-A Dedicated Grocery Driver – Good Pay + $5K Bonus | Consistent Work
Earn an average of $72,696 per year on a dedicated grocery account delivering palletized freight throughout Washington and Oregon. This position offers consistent work, additional stop pay, annual CPM increases, and approximately 11-hour shifts.
Pay Details
- Average Weekly Pay: Approximately $1,400
- Hiring Bonus: $5,000
- No-Touch Stop Pay: $30 per stop
- Driver-Assist Pay: $45 per stop
- Average of 4 no-touch stops and 14 driver-assist stops per week
- Annual $0.01 CPM increases until reaching a maximum of $0.58 CPM
Job Details
- Haul palletized groceries from distribution centers in the Sumner/Tacoma, WA area to customers throughout Washington and Oregon.
- Operate dry van, reefer, and 27-, 31-, or 34-foot pup trailers.
- Approximately 40% of loads will be doubles.
- About 90% of stops require driver assistance, while 10% are customer live unloads.
- Use an electric pallet jack to tailgate freight or a forklift to assist with unloading.
- Assist other dedicated accounts as needed.
- New-hire training lasts approximately 2 weeks.

- Start time: approximately 9:00 PM–12:00 AM
- Average 11-hour workday
- Optional sixth day available
Job Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
- DOT Medical Card
- No SAP Drivers
- Doubles endorsement required within 60–90 days of hire; reimbursement provided
- Ability and willingness to chain as weather requires
- Ability to perform driver-assist unloading with an electric pallet jack
- Ability to operate safely and legally at all times
