Semi-Local CDL Class A Driver | Dedicated Freight | Earn $1200-$1800/Week

We're hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated semi-local route based in the El Paso, TX / Santa Teresa, NM area. This position offers consistent freight, a predictable route schedule, and the opportunity to be home regularly while earning competitive weekly pay.

Drivers will operate on established routes delivering retail freight with a combination of local and longer runs.

Pay & Compensation

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,200–$1,800
• Mileage Pay: $0.71 CPM
• Consistent dedicated freight
• Weekly schedule provided in advance

Home Time & Schedule

• Semi-local position with regular home time
• Typical schedule: Monday–Friday
• Saturday work may be required based on customer needs
• Overnight start times
• Routes are assigned in advance for predictable scheduling

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A CDL tractor-trailer
• Deliver retail freight on dedicated routes
• Maintain on-time deliveries for scheduled appointments
• Communicate with dispatch regarding delays or issues
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Follow all DOT safety regulations

Freight Details

• Dedicated retail freight
• Dry van trailers
• Driver unload required
• Freight consists of floor-loaded cartons
• Deliveries made using a two-wheel dolly
• Multiple stops per route

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months of recent Class A CDL experience
• Must live within 40 miles of Santa Teresa, NM (88008)
• Ability to perform frequent hand unloading
• Must be comfortable with overnight driving
• Strong attendance and customer service skills
• Ability to meet delivery appointment times safely and efficiently
• Must pass all pre-employment screening requirements
