We're hiring Class A CDL Truck Drivers for a local dedicated retail delivery operation based in Butte, Montana.

This opportunity offers daily home time, a Monday–Friday schedule, average annual earnings of approximately $85,000, and a limited-time $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Drivers operate assigned multi-stop routes delivering preloaded merchandise to retail locations. Routes are generally predetermined each week, averaging 2–4 stops per day.

Important: This is a physically demanding position requiring drivers to hand unload merchandise at each delivery location. Applicants must be comfortable performing substantial physical labor throughout the workday.

Schedule & Home Time

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on assigned delivery routes.
  • Deliver preloaded merchandise to retail locations.
  • Hand unload boxes onto conveyor belts or roller ramps.
  • Complete approximately 2–4 delivery stops per day.
  • Follow predetermined routes and delivery schedules.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
  • Maintain accurate driving and delivery records.
  • Follow DOT and company safety requirements.
  • Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery progress.
  • Assist with occasional warehouse duties when assigned.
  • Provide professional customer service at delivery locations.

Physical Requirements

This position is highly labor-intensive and requires substantial hand unloading.

Drivers must be prepared for:

  • Hand unloading approximately 50–300 boxes per stop.
  • Handling trailers containing approximately 500–700 boxes.
  • Maintaining an expected unloading pace of approximately 150 boxes per hour.
  • Handling boxes weighing approximately 2–100 pounds, with average box weights of 30–60 pounds.
  • Repeated lifting, bending, carrying, and moving freight.
  • Using conveyor belts and roller ramps to unload merchandise.
  • Completing all assigned deliveries.

Qualifications

  • Valid Class A CDL.
  • Qualifying tractor-trailer driving experience; minimum experience to be confirmed.
  • Must reside within approximately 60 miles of Butte, MT 59701.
  • Ability to safely perform physically demanding delivery work.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the reporting location.
  • Ability to complete assigned routes and deliveries.
  • Must meet applicable DOT and company safety qualifications.
  • Must follow the no-smoking policy inside company trucks.
  • Doubles/triples endorsement preferred, but not listed as required.
